It’s the fourth year for Dolcital at Ism, the world’s largest trade fair for sweets and snacks which will be held in Cologne from the 27th to the 30th of January.
This event will be the occasion for the Italian Nougat company to present some new products. Dolcital will, in fact, launch four new Frutty flavours.
These 100g soft nougat bars had a great success during the last years, especially in the international market. Soft and tasty, Frutty by Dolcital are sold in a white display which recalls the essentiality of the natural ingredients used in the recipe which doesn’t contain any colourings and counts only natural aromas.
During the fair, Dolcital will present a new product thought for the pastry and ice creams industries: the granulated hard nougat suited for vegetarians.
This new recipe represents a breakthrough on the Dolcital friable nougat production process.
The animal gelatine is completely substituted by the egg white and the result is a crunchy granulated hard nougat perfect as filling or topping.
