The selection of the ingredients is made carefully to guarantee only high-quality products: all the nougats are gluten free and palm oil is not used.

Furthermore, egg white is from cage free hens and colourings are certified from fruits and vegetables.

Since ancient times, honey has been used as a delicious and healthier alternative to sugar.
Honey selection depends on the nougat recipe: wildflower or acacias are the most used, but for its gourmet specialties, Dolcital prefers the organic honey from Monte Grappa.
This honey has a unique taste as it comes from a high quantity of botanical species that can be found in different levels of altitude (from 100m to 1700m). Its sweet flavour perfectly matches with the bitter Italian almonds.

The Mediterranean almonds are the favourite ones as their bitter taste pairs perfectly with the sweet nougat.
Dolcital controls the almonds from the roasting to the mixing process. In this way the aroma is preserved and quality is guaranteed.
