Chosen by the most important confectionary companies worldwide, the granulated nougat can be used as ingredient for ice creams production, cake bakery or chocolate filling. Its crunchiness gives flavour and texture to each product and its taste perfectly matches with lots of recipes.

Thanks to the high experiences achieved during the past 50 years, Dolcital can offer lots of personalization possibilities: the costumer can decide, following its needs, the grains dimension (from 0 to 14 mm), the percentage of nuts and the consistency of the nougat (DRY or WET).
To obtain the desired result, Dolcital R&D department will work in synergy with international master pastry chef and ice creams professionals.
The catalogue includes standard products as well, which are available in the classic recipe or in the vegetarian one, made with egg whites.
