After two difficult years, Dolcital will participate to ISM 2022, the trade fair that will be hold in Cologne from the 30th of January to the 2nd of February.
Ism, the world’s leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks, represents the occasion to restart after the long stop, the chance to meet costumers and suppliers physically and not just behind a screen.
During ISM, Dolcital will present some new products such as the 130g nougat in box and the new gourmet catalogue.
Particularly, visitors will have the chance to try GranPistacchio: the new soft nougat bar with lots of almonds and pistachios.
Made following an artisanal recipe, this nougat is spread when it is still hot in special wooden frames where it needs to cool down for at least one night before being hand cut and packed in an elegant box
With the occasion, Dolcital will show the new Cristalli nougat glass jar, now available in the 140g size.
